HEAD OF PROPERTY / COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

A Senior Commercial Property Solicitor is required for this excellent West Midlands Law Firm. This is equivalent to a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner. Ability to supervise team members is essential, along with strong technical knowledge and experience in all areas of commercial property.

The position will provide a varied workload including landlord and tenant work, commercial property sales, purchases and mortgages, development land acquisitions and options along with small business sales and purchases. A meticulous approach and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines is required. The ideal candidate will have, or be able to maintain and build good working relationships with external professionals. Local knowledge is desirable.
