An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a 1+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor at a substantial and well established East Midlands regional firm in Lincolnshire.

You will need experience of working within a busy Commercial Property Department at a respected firm and be ready for a major career step with a brilliant regional firm.

You will be working directly alongside the Partner and have responsibility for managing your own varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property development, acquisitions and disposals.

Solid client care and team working skills are essential, together with excellent communication and drafting skills. You will work in partnership with clients and other team members in a collegiate atmosphere and will be expected to contribute to focussed business development activity.
