Working alongside a top rated international law firm, seeking to hire an excellent, high calibre partner to add to their award winning corporate group.

The corporate work you will undertake, includes M & A, Private Equity and Joint Ventures. If you wanted to specialise in one of these, this would be something they would be able to accommodate.

You will have a focus across the energy sector, in particular oil & gas or renewables. The practice is almost exclusively cross border and they have a genuine first class, full service offering.

There would be an expectation to deliver a portable practice, however you will have the wider support of the group and of course have opportunities to work within their existing client base.

The current head of the group is magic circle trained and has made hires from top rated US law firms of late.
