Bristol-based commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Share Schemes/ Incentives lawyer of 2 or more years' PQE to its Incentives team. The team has expertise in both HMRC approved schemes and unapproved arrangements. They advise on all the tax planning and corporate issues which relate to the establishment and running of incentive schemes, both for private and public companies. Their work also includes advice, where appropriate, on corporate governance issues and generally providing a full service to complement the work of their colleagues in corporate finance.
Your work will involve all aspects of design, drafting and implementing incentive plans and share plans, as well as the various aspects of employment taxes. This includes all employee incentives, bespoke incentives, management team advice on transactions, plan and benefit reviews, etc. Our client will consider applications from either Share Schemes/ Incentives specialists or Corporate Tax lawyers with an interest in this area of law.
