Commercial law firm in Cambridge is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate lawyer of mid to senior level and must be 3 or more years' PQE. The team is engaged in a broad spectrum of work including property investment, management, strategic land and development projects. The team's principal clients are a broad based practice, balanced between private and public sector to include companies, investors, institutions and universities, developers, public sector bodies, charities and local authorities. The caseload will be varied and challenging. The successful candidate will have direct contact to clients and agents from the start whilst benefiting from support from all members of the team who work closely together.
