This is an exceptionally diverse and fast paced real estate role suited to an ambitious and intelligent real estate lawyer who enjoys the cut and thrust of high intensity legal work. With a minimum of two years' post qualification experience, this role would suit anyone looking to work in a more diverse and exciting role where you would have the opportunity to use your real estate skills in a variety of ways. With a leading international firm, you would provide support to corporate, insolvency and projects related acquisitions and disposals as well as large property investment transactions. You may also be involved in environmental and energy related matters.

BCL Legal is pleased to be working alongside this leading international firm in its recruitment of an experienced real estate solicitor to its top ranked team. The successful real estate solicitor would deal with the real estate aspects of complex corporate, projects and insolvency acquisitions and disposals, IPOs and joint ventures often on multi jurisdictional transactions. Due to the broad nature of the work, you would get involved in an exciting and interesting variety of matters. The team also provides property support in energy and health as well as non-contentious environmental support.

As a real estate solicitor within this dynamic team, you would benefit from the opportunity to work for an interesting client base across a range of sectors including aviation, defence, aerospace, education, property development, construction and finance. Clients include major corporations and FTSE listed businesses. Real Estate Solicitors applying for this role should ideally be able to demonstrate experience in providing support on the property elements of corporate transactions although this is not necessary providing a broad base of real estate experience has been gained at a niche, regionally or nationally recognised firm.

It would also be advantageous if the real estate solicitor applying for this role had experience dealing with non-contentious environmental matters in property although this is not strictly necessary if there are sufficient other transferable skills.

Ideally, candidates should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong internal and external relationship building skills.
