Our client are an established Investment firm with around 20 offices globally and nearly £100 billion in assets under management. Due to a restructure, this business require an interim FC to come on-board within the next 2-4 weeks. The role will include the following duties -

*Supervision of two management accountants, including assignment of work and reviews
*Responsible for the preparation of year-end financial statements for five UK entities (FRS 102)
*Ownership and management of year-end audit process for UK, Luxembourg and Dubai
*Responsible for conducting detailed review of quarter-end management accounts
*Responsible for overseeing the accurate preparation, and timely delivery, of regulatory, compliance and tax schedules within multiple jurisdictions;
*Performing bank account and general ledger account reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis, including intercompany transactions;
*Preparing and reviewing monthly operational funding requirements for European entities and scheduling intercompany settlements;

You will need to be a qualified accountant with at least 7 years post-qualified experience within Financial Services (ideally Investment/Asset Management companies). A successful candidate will likely come from a top practice background and/or have significant technical experience.
