THE ROLE:

Our client's commercial property team have an excellent reputation across Devon and Cornwall for providing an efficient and friendly service combined with a high level of legal expertise. Due to their recent success, they are looking to recruit a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to bring their experience and expertise to this growing team. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a range of matters including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant and some devolvement work.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least six years of experience gained within a recognised commercial property department. Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor that has a significant following and can bring existing clients to the department, as well as help to bring new business in. The Solicitor should have a detailed knowledge of all areas of commercial property and should be confident in their ability to support junior members of the team with their workload and with the progression of their career going forward.

Our client is a long established firm within the area who has experienced substantial growth over the past years is looking to appoint a bright and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. Their approach is to not only keep up with the latest developments, but stay ahead of them, dealing with a number of specialist areas of law which are less common than those provided by big corporate city firms or 'run of the mill' branch organisations.
