Commercial Intellectual Property/ IT Lawyer.
An experienced Commercial Intellectual Property/ IT lawyer is needed for a leading healthcare firm with strong client connections within the health and social care, life sciences, charity and social enterprise sectors.
They advise on a range of projects such as; working closely with technology providers to establish products in the healthcare sector, advise on the development of care models for the NHS and support companies developing novel cell therapies and gene therapies.
Ideal candidates will have a soft commercial IP/ IT background with at least 6 years post qualification ideally previous experience working for clients in the healthcare sector.
This London-based position will be advising on contracts with IT providers, advising on legal issues relating to the development of websites, smartphones and online resources and advising on the IP issues such as copyright, trademarks and database rights.
