Commercial Property Development Role Associate / Partner

Fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate senior Associate/Partner to join a leading Top 100 Regional Law firm to their well established Commercial Property team.

This firm has a strong name for commercial property and has grown consistently, and is now looking to make a senior lateral hire. Working with genuinely friendly, and pro-active Partners, if you are looking for an entrepreneurial firm where you will be supported to further help develop the Real Estate team, with a strong client base this could be your opportunity. This role is within the Residential Development team, where you will be acting on behalf of developers and/or landowners in relation to options agreements, promotion agreements and the sale of land for development. If you are looking for a new challenge and a step up into Senior Associate/Partner level role in a firm whose Real Estate team has doubled in size over the last 8 years, then this is the opportunity for you. No following required, and our client will consider either part-time or full time for this role. Great headroom for progression in a growing, progressive firm.
