Commercial Lawyer, interim

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer to join an Nottinghamshire based multinational for an interim assignment of 3 - 6 months. We are keen to hear from individuals seeking a 4 or 5 day working week and some flexibility will be offered to work from home. Commutable from the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

Well known business and industry leader in its field is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their close knit legal team at Head Office in the Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire.

It is envisaged that a 3-6 month role will be on offer. We are keen to hear from individuals seeking either a 4 or 5 day working week. Flexibility will be offered for some working from home.

Responsibilities will be wide-spread across the business and will include:

- drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and third parties

- providing legal advice to the business in the UK

We are keen to hear from individuals which strong commercial contracts experience who are ideally able to start work at short notice. A knowledge of and interest in e-commerce, brand protection, business to business, and supply chain operations would be advantageous. It is envisaged that a 3 month contract will be offered in the first instance, however, it is likely that there will be a longer term opportunity of c 6 months available.
