A very well respected leading regional practice is keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to its envied Corporate & Commercial Team and be based at the firms' office in Kidderminster.
The firm has a solid rating within the Legal 500 and has a number of offices spread throughout Telford, the West Midlands, Shropshire and Worcestershire. With a headcount in excess of 200, the firm provides bespoke legal services across all disciplines to individuals, commercial entities and the farming community alike.
The Corporate & Commercial Team continues to receive an influx of instructions as a combination of servicing existing clients in addition to new client wins. The team comprises a number of people who are highly regarded within the corporate field due to their wealth of experience in all areas of corporate law.
The firm is keen to hear from an experienced solicitor with anything from 1 to 5 years' PQE who has experience of dealing with mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, capital raising, share agreements, joint ventures, share buy-backs and management buy-outs. You will join a small team that works collaboratively on corporate and commercial matters and who have a robust reputation within the market.
This is a very lucrative position and the firm is proud to boast a very open culture. There is very little in the way of bureaucracy and red tape and certainly no politics at this firm. All of the partners get on well with each other and meet regularly throughout the year to shape strategy and growth plans. The firms' retention rate is very high and the practice remains on a very sound financial footing.
