Hudson James are currently working with a dynamic and ambitious London based corporate finance house who are seeking a corporate finance associate. This position will sit in their lead advisory team and be involved with all aspects of the M&A cycle including, preparation of pitch documents, analysis of transaction and all day to day project work. You will be working with corporate companies on all their M&A related projects and predominantly working on sell side transactions. You will supervise a team of analyst and mentor them through the M&A process.
To apply for the role you will ideally be qualified ACA and have gained experience in investment banking, transaction services or M&A. You will have experience of working on a transaction from start to completion and have had exposure to financial modelling, valuation and accounting. Ideally you will have experience of working well in a team and have been responsible for the supervision of a team.
