Due to significant increases in work they are now looking for a Solicitor to join the team handling defendant clinical negligence work for a diverse client base including major UK insurers, regulatory bodies and the NHSR.

They expect their lawyers to work hard and have a real enthusiasm for defending clinical claims. In return they a very competitive salary and clear routes for progression for those that want it with bespoke training for each individual to achieve their aims.

Ideally you will be a solicitor already handling your own defendant clinical negligence caseload. Those from a claimant background will be considered, but you will need to have worked a recognised firm and have a strong academic background to be considered.
