Commercial Property Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a well-established Legal 500 law firm, acting for a diverse range of business sectors.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a highly motivated commercial property lawyer to join a leading property team in their London office.

You will be responsible for a variety of work from transactions (landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals) to the renewal and termination of leases, acquisition and development of sites and joint venture agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be a commercial property lawyer with 2-5pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or London law firm with an established real estate team.

You will have sound knowledge and experience of all commercial property work and commercial awareness and able to demonstrate that you can develop and maintain good client relationships.

You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
