Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting operational decisions by providing financial support and analysis along with identifying and prioritising areas of improvement.
• Managing and presenting period close financials and ensuring that all clients are informed and challenged o all aspects of performance.
• Liaising with other team members in identifying and delivering opportunities to improve control and efficiency.
• The preparation of reconciling balance sheets within span of control in accordance with group procedures.

To be successful in this assignment, you will need:

• CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in implementing new ideas and tackling with challenges.
• A strong track of Business Partnering and management accounting experience
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and desire to develop in line with the role.
• Be willing to travel to North London/M25 on a regular basis.

The ideal Finance Business Partner will also need to be comfortable communicating with operational and financial colleagues and demonstrate a high level of resilience. Strong IS skills, including SAP and Excel are of great advantage.
