Our client is a leading Business who are seeking a Legal adviser to join their office in South Africa. The company are known for their experience in the chemicals / Petrochemicals sector where they have displaying many years experience in Liquid storage.

They are seeking a Legal Advisor to join them to assist in all legal Matters You will have experience & knowledge in the transport and Infrastructure sector  ie shipping, construction, in addition to knowledge of Oil etc. You will be well versed with the drafting of contracts and also be able to demonstrate experience in legal compliance, liaising with the regulatory agencies, port authorities and be able to advise the business on various regulatory aspects and insurance.
