Finance and Banking Lawyer - Acquisition and Leveraged finance Lawyer- 2-5 PQE- Dubai, UAE
We are on a small panel of preferred legal recruitment agents for this Magic Circle firm known worldwide for its excellence, commitment to values and teamwork. They are seeking a mid level associate finance lawyer to join their highly-regarded Finance Group in Dubai.
The group advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters with core areas including leveraged and acquisition, Islamic and asset finance. The team regularly advises on restructurings, project finance, derivatives, structured products and debt capital markets but the emphasis for this role will be general banking, acquisition and leveraged finance. You will be a Western qualified lawyer with 2-5 years experience gained at a top tier firm.
You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the finance practice, including both conventional and Islamic finance. The successful candidate will have excellent academics and strong technical and commercial abilities, and enjoy a stimulating and challenging long term career in a vibrant location.
