Our client is a high growth technology and software with business. The business is expanding internationally and now requires a Finance Director to support the rapid growth of the company.
Reporting to the CEO and part of the core Executive Team you will play a crucial part in supporting the continued rapid growth of the business. Your remit will be hands-on and broad including responsibility for financial controls, processes and systems but also with a highly commercial input supporting the business in new client contract negotiations and commercial decision making. You will assist the business with international growth and play an active role in any future fundraising round.
You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of working for a high growth SME. You must have experience of working for a business with an international footprint preferably in the technology or software sectors. Experience of an external fundraising round would be beneficial.
