My client is one of the industry leaders in architecture. Along with industry changing designs and award winning structures around the globe, in numerous facilities such as commercial, rail and aviation buildings. They are currently looking for a financial controller for their London offices right in the heart of the city.The duties of the role will include:
- Cash flow forecasts and monthly reviews
- Ensuring the developments are completed within the budget requirements
- Analysing the costings and budgets proposed for the projects
- The ability to implement and create change with the direction of the projects
- Assist with year end prep
- Running internal reporting including month end
- Effectivly identifying the areas of risk in construction and raising these findings
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Background in architecture and property development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In depth knowledge of accounting software
