Solicitor - Information Technology/Outsourcing

An exciting new opportunity for an IT/Outsourcing Solicitor c 2 - 5 PQE to join a fast growing technology division of a well established international law firm. There will be an opportunity to work on secondment in house if desired

THE ROLE

As a member of an award winning team, with an exceptional client base, including major names from Silicon Valley, global technology clients, high street retailers and high profile names in the banking and insurance sectors. The post holder will be given the opportunity to work on some of the technology industry's largest transactions.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality non contentious technology and privacy work to include; IT agreements, e commerce issues, Data Protection, outsourcing and more general B2C matters.

As a key member of the team the post holder will be expected to play a significant role in business development and marketing activities.

As a valued team member, there will be opportunities for in house secondments to key clients if desired.

THE CANDIDATE
