Do you have considerable experience in both Residential Conveyancing and management? If so, this is the role for you. Our client, an established firm with offices across the Teesside region, requires someone to head up their successful Residential Conveyancing team.

Our client has been established in the Teesside region for numerous years and as such have built up an excellent reputation and enviable client base. You will help to shape policy and compliance across the firm's four offices and provide training material across the department.

As Head of the team, you will also be heavily involved in marketing and networking on both a department and firm wide basis.

You will also be able to get involved in some fee earning, managing complex residential conveyancing files and providing technical advice and support to junior fee earners.

The Candidate:

You must have upwards of 8 years' experience working in Residential Conveyancing and capable of handling a volume residential conveyancing caseload, as well as being a qualified Solicitor

The role is predominantly managerial and so it is essential that you do have experience of heading up a team.
