Risk and Compliance

This highly regarded national firm has a new role in its risk and compliance team for a lawyer or compliance professional with experience in regulatory compliance (including knowledge of the SRA handbook). This experience may have been gained in either private practice or in-house with a regulator.

Role Focus

To ensure best practise in the firm and promote the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance. You will act as the first point of contact for internal risk and compliance queries and deal with a wide range of risk and compliance areas including conflicts, AML, Bribery Act procedures etc.

Candidate Focus

Our client is looking for a confident self-starter who is comfortable handling a broad range of regulatory queries from across the firm. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills and be a team player.

This position would suit a lawyer looking for a change of direction, or a risk and compliance professional looking to work in a dynamic and forward thinking firm.
