Our client is a highly regarded service provider with a long-standing reputation for innovation and customer engagement. Highly complex and diverse by its nature, the organisation is now looking to recruit a commercially focused Finance Director to play a significant role in further developing all aspects of the finance function's capability whilst playing a central role in the growth of the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will ensure the financial integrity of the organisation through the enhancement of business planning, financial control and reporting, to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the finance function with a keen focus on business partnering and decision support, as well as driving the analysis of key management information to maintain the financial sustainability of the organisation.

You will be a qualified accountant with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Technically strong, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with a range of complex revenue streams with the ability to embed finance as a functional business partner. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
