Our client, a leading insurer, is looking to hire an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team.
You will report to the Company Secretary and provide in-house company secretarial services to the firm.
Your responsibilities will include providing governance and guidance, liaising with the board of directors, committee members and senior management regarding relevant governance matters and insuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
This role would be well suited to a current Assistant Company Secretary with at least 12 months experience. Experience within the insurance and reinsurance industry is not a prerequisite for this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have strong business acumen and be collegiate.
