Financial Controller - EMEA

An extremely high growth US based technology business is looking for an EMEA Financial Controller to head up all of their accounting and reporting requirements for EMEA, based out of their London office. This EMEA Financial Controller position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to be a part of an exciting period of growth in an already highly successful business. The EMEA FC will report directly to the Group Controller in the States.

The EMEA Financial Controller will take ownership for all accounting and reporting across EMEA and will lead a team of seven who are based both locally and overseas. This individual will need a combination of strong technical skills (US GAAP and IFRS) and excellent soft skills such as the ability to build and influence relationships across a matrix organisation. In addition, strong leadership and team development qualities are essential to ensure the continued development of the team both on a personal and professional level.

This role is suited to a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with a strong financial reporting background. US GAAP experience is preferred but not essential. Some exposure to Tax would also be beneficial.
