Description
This is a broad legal role and the successful candidate will advice the business on a range of matters including; commercial agreements, corporate transactions, disputes work, pensions work and regulatory issues.
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified lawyer from a top tier law firm who is keen to undertake a broad in house role. Prior in house experience may be beneficial but is certainly not essential.
You will be keen to work in a fairly autonomous environment which will involve a lot of stakeholder management.
