Associate General Counsel | Commercial TMT | Excellent Compensation | London & Amsterdam | 10-15 PQE
Our client is an NYSE listed leader in the TMT space with offices around the globe and headquarters in Amsterdam. They are looking for an exceptional attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join their business and work on some of the most exciting commercial and technological projects happening globally right now.
The successful applicant will have:
- A background as a fully qualified and well-rounded international technology lawyer, specialised in commercial matters. You have effective commercial contract and negotiation skills and in the past you have built, structured, drafted and negotiated complex commercial contracts.
- First-hand experience working significant commercial projects, and related deals such as managed services, software as a service, commercial joint ventures, complex commercial contracts, partnership relationships and technology projects.
- First class legal knowledge and analytic skills in the core areas of contract law, intellectual property and data privacy and a high degree of self-awareness and influencing skills. You identify new areas or emerging issues for which new strategies or policies need developing to protect business and legal interests and you spot risks before they materialise.
