McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for an exciting business who are recognised as a giant in their respective industry!

This vacancy will be circa 5 months (might be extended) and would suit Locum/ Temp Lawyers, including Solicitors who enjoy working in a Consultant capacity. Alternatively, if you are a Solicitor looking to move In-House then this could be a great opportunity to get a flavour for it, as well as your foot in the door with a well-established and growing team.  

Accountabilities & Requirements

You will support the team on non-contentious construction matters and be involved in major development projects.

This will require the candidate to have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard suite contracts and some bespoke agreements from time to time.

Ideally you will be familiar with consultant appointments, collateral, warranties and parent company guarantees as well. 

We are open to seeing CVs from Lawyers with upwards of 4 years PQE. You must have non-contentious construction law experience and be eligible to work in the UK.
