Head of CRM - Global Fintech - GBP500 day rate- London
Futureheads are recruiting a Head of CRM for a global fintech client based in Central London. They are currently going through a significant growth and are looking for someone to create and implement new CRM strategies. This is an initial 3 month contract - offering a day rate of up to GBP500.
The Company
The fintech company are digital first and leaders within the currency exchange and international payments arena. They aim to offer an alternative to a tired industry by offering a transparent, fast and fair way to move money across the world. They work with individuals as well as businesses (B2C, B2B). They have just rebranded and looking to release a new product later in the year.
The Role
As the Head of CRM, you will be taking full ownership of the CRM funnel including lead generation, nurture, activation, retention, reactivation, feedback and referrals. With a relatively blank canvas, you can create your own strategy to execute and shape how your role will develop as well as building out the team.
Drawing form experience, you will oversee the implementation and integration of new marketing platforms, redefine processes and introduce ways of working to empower the marketing team to deliver more efficiently and effectively. Their current marketing tech includes Eloqua; Salesforce; trust Pilot; Feefo; Ambassador and other bespoke Back Office systems.
A key objective, along with your team and selective third parties, is to scale and execute marketing excellence to drive segment growth and Lifetime Value. You will manage two CRM execs, automation marketing consultancy, CRM agency and third party developers.
The working environment is very collaborative and there is little red tape regarding getting things done. This is a great opportunity for a Head of CRM to come in and impact the business in a relatively short period of time and drive high profile projects.
Key Requirements
To be considered for the Head of CRM position, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviour:
- Strong background leading a marketing function - developing strategies, operational management, and execution
- CRM expert - extensive knowledge of data management, content management, analytics, system integration, re-engagement and retention strategies, lead nurture, conversion,
- Ability to influence and manage a broad range of stakeholders up to CXO level
- Champion of Marketing automation
- Experience delivering a complex ESP integration into Salesforce - ideally experience with Eloqua or other ESPs
- Previous management experience - inspire and lead by example - champion ownership and collaboration
- Worked in a data driven environment and appreciation of regulatory challenges
- Ideally have previous experience working in a customer focused international business (B2B, B2C)
