Construction Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical) needed in the South Bank area.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for developing a list of tenderers for review. Review tenders including any mid-tender meetings, technical and commercial negotiations and prepare recommendations for award. Health and Safety and delegated appropriately and ensure all contractors submit all documents and drawings in accordance with the programme.
Skills Required:
- Building Engineering Services experience with fast track construction and experience in highly serviced buildings.
- Must have experience within the Contracting, Construction or Project Management industries.
- You must have achieved either a HNC or hold a degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- You must be experienced in dealing with large Consultant practices, Engineers, Utilities, Local Authorities and other professional and technical workers.
