Description

Reporting into the General Counsel you will be responsible for advising the business on a wide range of legal issues covering: commercial contracts, real estate finance matters, construction queries, due diligence and some corporate work.

Profile

As this will be a broad in house counsel position with a real estate finance bias the successful candidate is likely to be a real estate finance lawyer with at least 1 year of post qualified experience who is looking to make their first move in house. Given the size of the legal team you will need to be happy undertaking a wider role involving advising the business on a range of commercial matters as well.

Alternatively my client would consider a candidate who has a strong grounding in commercial contracts but would be prepared to up-skill in real estate finance matters.

Due to the nature of the work and salary on offer this role is likely to suit a junior candidate although any reference to PQE is a guide only and candidates with more or less experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Offer

This role will pay up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + bonus. Candidates will also be able to work from home for up to 3 days a week.
