An expanding practice in West Sussex requires a Residential Property Lawyer on a locum basis to join them for six months to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is due to start in the Autumn.
The firm work on a case management system and there will be full secretarial support available too.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in handling a full residential property caseload without supervision.
The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Mortgages and Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leases and lease extensions
- New builds
- Shared ownership
- Leasehold enfranchisement
Candidates who are Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
