RattrayParkin have been engaged by a private-equity backed business to recruit their new Finance Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced director level finance professional to join a business at the start of period of dynamic organic and acquisitive growth.
The role itself has a wide range of responsibility from leading a small finance team and providing a partnering service to all areas of the business to ensure robust decision-making to being a critical member of the board team driving the business to achieve it's growth plans and business strategy and working closely with the PE investors.
In order to be considered you must have worked at a senior level within a rapid growth business. Prior experience of Private-Equity is desirable but not essential; a strong personality with impressive communication and leadership skills are absolutely essential however.
