A global leading travel business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its commercial finance function.
You will lead the financial and business performance support for one of the business units. You will be a key member of the line management teams, driving the business to achieve its financial and related targets, ensure compliance with all corporate governance requirements and maintain an adequate level of internal control.
You will have accountability for setting and monthly monitoring of the budgets, preparation and approval of business cases, influencing of senior stakeholders to make sound business decisions and finance support for supplier tenders.
This role deals mostly with opex projects and spend, however there is a capex project for which this role is responsible for.
You will be tasked with developing the team and the role gives great senior exposure to the senior management team. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a senior business partnering role. The business is a market leader in its field and offers strong career progression across the group.
