Director of Corporate Services

We are currently working with the world's only movement for every girl and any girl. This organisation supports girls and young women to develop their full potential as leaders and active citizens of the world: They represent ten million girls in 146 countries. Activities and programmes fall within four broad areas of social change and encompass values based learning, leadership, advocacy and volunteering.

The Director of Corporate Services will maximise the impact of the charities' resources, ensuring that the organisation is well run, agile and focused on results. Operating at a strategic level within the context of a volunteer led, global operation, the role manages business support functions liaising with staff and volunteers from across the world, some of whom operate within local legal and statutory frameworks.

You will be a qualified accountant with substantial senior leadership experience gained from both commercial and non-profit organisations, preferably international. Having managed a wide range of functions you will have excellent finance and systems knowledge, ideally coupled with commercial nous to help grow the commercial elements. Above all, you will be committed to supporting girls and young women across the globe.
