Leading a software engineering team, you will have responsibility for the success of key projects and programmes. This type of role would suit someone who has a proven track record within Software delivery.

-Proven experience of Project Management in the Aerospace industry
-A knowledge and understanding of DO178 standards within Software
-Knowledge of an agile software development process is not essential but advantageous.
-Self-motivated, good problem solving skills.
