One of the UK's leading commercial practices is seeking a commercial property solicitor to handle a range of commercial property matters across East Anglia. Seeing a large increase in the amount of property instructions, this practice is seeking an associate level commercial property solicitor, ideally with an interest in development work, to join the dynamic team. As a Top 100 UK law firm, this practice handles very high quality commercial property matters boasting a client base which includes national and international clients. Known for being one of the best in the business, in this role you will have the change to work with these clients handling all aspects of real estate from agricultural and rural estates, to large development transactions, and landlord and tenant.

You will be ideally anywhere between two and eight years PQE with experience gained in commercial property at a similar reputable firm. More junior and senior candidate are however encouraged to apply, especially if they have a demonstrable interest in working on development matters. You will have a good academic record and be ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
