This is a rare opportunity for a banking lawyer to join a top tier firm at Associate level. You will be exposed to some of the largest and most high profile banking transactions in the region.
This position is for a candidate with upwards of four years PQE to join a top tier banking team. The banking group nationally advises banks and financial institutions on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate banking, leveraged finance and real estate finance work. The role will be varied and rewarding, working with lender and corporate clients on complex transactions, many with an international aspect. As well as working with partners and more senior fee earners on large deals, you will also have the ability to manage your own smaller banking matters and have direct client contact from day one.
This is a unique position and an exceptional opportunity join a top tier firm where you will be exposed to high level local and international banking work. The team is eager for someone technically capable, but equally would like a candidate who is keen to be involved in business development activities with the rest of the team and looking to develop personal contacts over time. You will be given full support with this and offered first rate training to enable you to develop as a lawyer.
