A leading UK Business with an annual turnover of £250m is undergoing considerable expansion and now seeks the support of a general commercial lawyer to work within a well-established legal team.The Role:
You will report to the Head of Legal and work autonomously on a broad range of general Commercial, IT, IP and Corporate Governance issues. You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for a variety of business units such as framework agreements, terms and conditions, supply of goods and services agreements. There will be an element of property related matters including compliance and corporate governance issues.
The Candidate:
Must be UK Qualified having a strong commercial acumen with a minimum of 2 yrs PQE. Candidates with previous in-house experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite. You will be based in the company's HQ in Bedfordshire and may be required to travel to other offices in the UK from time to time.
