Private Client Lawyer

• At MMS we offer specialised legal services relating to all private client and charities matters. We deal with a wide variety of core private client work including trust administration, succession planning, executry administration (including complex and contentious executries), charity law and wills/powers of attorney.
• We have an opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally 6 years PQE +, however we will be flexible regarding levels of experience.  This role can be based in our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices. 
• The successful candidate will enjoy working in a highly productive environment where individuals gain exposure to high quality work and opportunities to develop.  The role will involve carrying out a wide range of core Private Client work.
• Candidates should have a proven ability within Private Client, to work effectively both individually and as part of a dynamic team.  Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines within a commercially driven environment.
• The STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates would be preferable but is not essential. We would welcome applications from Scots and English qualified candidates.
