Urgent Requirement: Corporate Solicitor, West Midlands region, 4+ years experience Contract/Locum/Consultant - Highly rated Legal 500 and Chambers recommended practice require support at least 3 months.

JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor (Locum/Consultant)

PQE: 4-15 years

LOCATION: West Midlands region

SALARY: £40-£50 per hour

THE ROLE:

An experienced, immediately available Corporate Solicitor is urgently required by the busy Corporate team of this well respected national firm. Highly ranked in the directories, the corporate team boasts a number of skilled Partners and individuals who provide a wide range of services across the full spectrum of corporate law. Advising on a variety of issues, the department provides assistance on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements and MBOs. The Corporate Solicitor role will see you handle a varied, high quality caseload of corporate matters. The caseload will comprise broad mix of corporate matters including acquisitions, sales, acting for owner managed businesses and corporate finance. The role is initially offered on an on going locum/ consultancy or FTC basis for at least 3 months. However, as a growing team there is the potential the role will become permanent for the right candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have from 4 years general corporate transactional experience. Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors who are immediately available for a new locum/ consultancy role. Experience of working in a similar corporate environment within the Midlands/South West region is also desirable. We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor who is available at short notice and able to commit to at least a 3 month booking.
