Finance Business Partner Job, Westminster

9 Month interim, £350 - £375, Umbrella (in-scope)

Your new company is a large transport provider with multiple sites through London, with numerous high profile capital projects.

Your new role
Your new role as a Finance Business Partner will see you build relationships throughout a number of senior stakeholders, whilst identifying inefficiencies, and providing financial acumen to aid decision making. As part of a large change programme, you will be expected to improve forecasting and demand resource planning, to aid and model improved labour utilisation and productivity alongside team management.

This role will have a strong lean towards ad-hoc input, so will require the appointed candidate to produce insightful analysis.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be a qualified Accountant, with previous experience in large, complex organisations, which have been ideally highly regulated. You will also need previous experience managing large payroll inputs for service and operation led businesses to provide accurate analysis or current resource planning.

Finally the client would ideally prefer experience with process improvement, alongside commercial acumen.
