Harper May is currently working with an exciting online application developer. The company has seen exponential growth since inception in 2010 and has just received £20 million of private equity investment. My client, based in Central London, is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead their team. This role will involve running the day-to-day finance function whilst partnering with senior stakeholders and investors. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and have extensive online experience; subscription revenue would also be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the finance function and developing the team, including new additions
- Business partnering with the CIO and other senior stakeholders to drive profitability
- Production of consolidated global tech spend reports (Capex & Opex)
- Responsibility for financial management of capital projects and post-implementation assessments for Tech developments
- Offering key strategic advice and preparing a long term financial plan for the organisation
- Management, preparation and production of the annual budget
- Production of rolling three-year forecasts
- Implementing and maintaining first class controls and systems
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Must have prior technology/online experience
- Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions
- Prior subscription revenue experience is beneficial
