Interim Global Group Financial Controller

An opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business services/marketing organisation on a 6 month interim assignment as their Interim Global Financial Controller. This organisation has seen extensive growth both organically/via acquisition over the past 2 years and you will become a pivotal member of their senior finance team as they move to the next level. Their turnover is circa £150m to £200m.

Leading the finance function your duties shall include;
- Preparation of Group Consolidated accounts on a monthly basis
- Lead reporting (internal and external, including debt reporting), accounting, control, risk management, policy and financial systems and process improvement for entire group
- Working capital analysis, and driving improvement in DSO and working capital
- Manage 3 direct reports
- Ensure month end close, and own Group P&L, Balance Sheet
- Oversee the management accounting function for all global entities
- Ad hoc requirements as required by Finance Director

The ideal candidate for this role shall be;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Have strong consolidation experience
- Have experience of implementing robust controls/procedures
- Experience of managing and leading a team
