£55000 - £65000 per annum

Due to group expansion, I am helping a London based brokerage find a regulatory accountant. For the right candidate they offer a fantastic progression plan and is a really exciting time to be part of the business.

Previously, the regulatory reporting has been outsourced overseas which is something they are now looking to bring in-house. This will be working closely with the Group CFO and UK CEO to do this.

Key responsibilities include:

• Quarterly COREP
• Completion of CMAR reports
• Daily capital Adequacy monitoring and internal reporting
• Gabriel reporting when arises
• Oversea EMIR reporting
• Covering monthly management accounts
• Daily CASS reconciliation

The ideal skills and experience:

• Part or fully qualified in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Thorough understanding of CASS, COREP, and capital requirements for brokerages
• Experience performing CASS reconciliations
• Experience preparing COREP for a 730k firm
• Hands on experience of completing financial and management accounts
• A solid understanding of a retail brokerage or similar
