A private equity backed software business are seeking an interim M&A Manger for 4-6 months and you can be based in London or working from home. Your role will be providing M&A support on four to five deals so the transactions can be completed. This will involve: assembling data rooms, handling buyer and seller queries, preparing information memorandums and due diligence reports. Your corporate finance background and ideally training in practice will allow you to immediately add value.
