• you express your innovative ideas for people development in terms of clear guidelines and optimised processes

Your Profile

• being in a leading role for several years has made you a master of recruiting, developing and motivating employees
• it would be nice if you had gained these talents in a startup - anyways, you can identify pretty much with that kind of culture
• you're not afraid of technical discussions since you once have been a developer yourself and know common techs and tools as well as the agile mindset
• thinking business-oriented and with strong empathy, you get the best out of your people - and return the same
• with great communicative skills, you pass your solution orientation on to the employees - no deadline is missed under your surveillance
• very good English is a must in this international setting
