Legal Counsel

A FTSE 100 company based in central London is currently looking for a Legal Counsel with commercial contracts experience to join the team on an interim basis.

Our client is a global, market-leading FMCG company and they continuously strive to deliver the best products for their customers which they achieve through constant innovation.

The role will be broadly commercial and is likely to entail drafting and negotiating contracts such as; supply, logistics, manufacturing and development agreements. The candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and other teams within the business.

The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and previous in-house commercial experience.
