Dispute Resolution Partner

There is a requirement for a Dispute Resolution partner to join one of the UK's leading consumer law firms within their Consumer dispute resolution department.

After a recent surge of investment, the firm are looking for a strong Senior solicitor to steer the department and develop further. The current team is highly successful and address a wide variety of consumer disputes including landlord/tenant, neighbour disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract/agreements, IP issues and general business disputes. The current team extensive experience advising a wide range of clients in various sectors.

You will further develop the existing dispute resolution team through extensive networking and business development skills, and ideally existing contacts. You will have excellent management experience and the determination to oversee the further development of the practice area.

You will be liaising with a network of offices throughout the UK and will have the opportunity to progress your career further with the firm. Ideally you will have experience with business development and take a pro-active approach to networking. Exceptional client care skills are essential as this is of great importance to the firm and the reputation they uphold.
